Why is the Tax Appeal Group Different?

The Tax Appeal Group is different because we work for clients only on an individualized basis. We custom tailor our methods and approach for each property owner we represent, by analyzing the condition and complexity of each property appealed. We exclusively only file property tax protests in Florida’s Lee County.

What are the Costs?

$25 filing and processing fee per folio. TAG receives a 40% contingency fee only if we successfully reduce the clients’ taxes.
